Small but not congested room, clean apartment, and efforts made by an older couple who manage the place. the apartment contained all expected furnishings and amenities including TV, iron box, towels, and toiletries. the owners communicated in Italian but were generous, friendly and tried to make non-Italian speakers comfortable. We especially enjoyed the homemade pies with freshly brewed coffee for breakfast.
Easter weekend got loud, making it difficult to sleep for two nights straight. the location of the apartment is far from local shops and attractions, forcing us to travel a considerable distance to find adequate entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, excellent breakfast selections, and the staff's helpfulness. The hotel facilities were great and the location was convenient for our needs.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was not congested and tidy. The cleanliness was excellent with attention to detail. The hosts were generous and tried their best to communicate. The breakfast included freshly brewed coffee and homemade pies, along with store-bought breads.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The room was cozy and not cramped at all. The place was also spotless and well-maintained, and there were additional amenities like an iron box and hangers. The hosts tried their best to communicate with us in spite of the language barrier, and their warmth and generosity made up for it. Breakfast was delightful, with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of baked goods.
While the room was comfortable and clean, it was quite small and might not be suitable for people who need more space to move around. The location might also be a bit out of the way for those who want to explore the city, but it was perfect for a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely bed and breakfast. the location is perfect and easy to find. the room was a bit small but well-maintained and the amenities were fantastic, including clean sheets, towels and nice toiletries. the hosts were kind and helpful even though they only spoke Italian. the freshly brewed coffee and homemade pies at breakfast were truly delightful.
We did find that the lack of English language skills made communication a bit difficult.
